I purchased a vehicle which was financed via
Regional Acceptance. My credit was not good and my 89 year old
mother co-signed with me; they made her the primary applicant, gave me an 18.15 %
interest rate and will not even talk to me about trading the vehicle or lowering my payments. A local banker stated to me that he would re-finance the vehicle but could not because the loan is "upside down"!!!!!!!I have paid for nearly 2 years and still owed 14,000.00 for a
suzuki forenza!!
Regional Acceptance took advantage of me and my
elderly mother!!

They did the same to me and I did make my payments on time for 3 years the minute I was late on one payment they called all my references and gave them all my information and didn't even call me...so I decided I didn't want to deal with them anymore and gave the car back now they are billing my father and saying he is the primary account holder when he just co- signed... these people are terrible and very rude

Why not look at them as a company that loaned you money for a car when no one else would even consider giving you the time of day. Pay for the car in a timely manner and your credit score should rise....then see what it is like to shop for a vehicle with the power of a consumer that pays his bills on time.
