Terrible people

They have scammed me out of over 40k to pay for my 2015 Ford explorer. I can't believe they can sleep at night thinking it's ok to do women or anyone like that...and if I don't pay this now they would of got over 60k..

Perhaps YOU should have paid YOUR bills on time so you would qualify for low APR bank financing! Same old story...still another sorry SERIAL deadbeat loser crying and whining about the consequences THEY brought upon themselves!

Advocate for better explanation of rates to first time loans

I got to understand the way the interest rates were set up. The Regional Acceptance rep that spoke to me was great.

Bad customer service

Paid on a loan for 4 years already paid like 23000 dollars tried to trade the car in found out I still owe 25000 dollars on the car just because I got sick and had to set a few payments behind the interest is ridiculous this should not happen to no one especially if they get sick

Same here, had my vehicle 7 years and once ask for payment history they said I only paid $7000 towards car and have $18,000 let it don’t add up. For 2 years straight nothing went towards principal. Thinking about just giving it up

Same sorry SERIAL DEADBEAT blame game. Guess what Einstein...if YOU wouldn't have given yourself garbage credit by not paying your bills ON time, you would have qualified for a low APR bank loan!!!

I hate this company

I would give them nothing if I could. My husband and I got a car we sent it back to many problems.

We have to pay the deficiency. Ok no problem. I call and call and call. No answer I call customer service and got screamed at.

All I asked is if she could look at the account to see if the payment came through since I can't get ahold of anyone. She said that she can't and won't help me cause I won't listen to her. I tried explaining that the charge of department is not answering their phones. They send letters in the mail threatening to sue us.

We made the payment that they said would be good. And since they don't answer I left a note with it. With our numbers and that we can pay so much a month on it.

All I wanted to know was if it the payment came through. I swear if I get sued I'm gonna lose my *** I have documents of everything too us trying to pay and getting ignored.Dont use them they don't care about anyone but themselves.

Right, sure. The lady was SCREAMING at you.

Nothing more than the usual deadbeat and their exaggeration! You have a voluntary repo on your record. You still owe for the loan minus what they sell the car for.

Enjoy the lawsuit, judgement and wage garnishment! You serial deadbeats never learn, do you???

Gap insurance

Cant get to a live person to talk to . Ridiculous. My car was involved in a bad accident was totaled and can not reach a live person about the gap insurance I paid for

Customer service

I get phone calls from a robocaller asking for me to call the number, when I do call I am not able to speak to a representative because its after hours even though there is a number provided under the speak to a representative tab with hours until 12AM ET.

Will not give title

my van was paid off and they would not send me my title, My van needs new reg but will have to do it because they are stii the lien holder even though I OWN IT.I guess i will have to file a report with my state and tell them they refuse to give me my title.This the worst company to work with.Every time i call i get oass around to call after call.No one has a answer.

Had found out that the finance company did not retrieve my car when it got sent back to the dealership

As of now the big star Honda that took over Ron Carter they don't know where my car is at but I wouldn't been inquired to check on it if it wasn't for me getting tall tickets in Fort Bend County and Harris County with my license plate that was on the Hyundai is running through tolls the last toll ticket I got my license plate was on a brand new Ford truck and that's from the dealership whoever's doing that I went to the license plate tag office Friday to get a printout of my registration showing that the car still owned by me but for some reason another the dealership is trying to get my title is something fishy going on and I want to get my car back

I just found out recently that Regional Acceptance did not pick up my car and now I can find it cuz somebody took it off the Ron Carter parking lot they charged it off 7 months ago and I left messages

I cannot get in touch with nobody if I can get a email stating that I still own the car and regional acceptance is still the lane holder the police will not help issue it as a stolen vehicle so I can't find it until I get paperwork from them and

Preferred solution: Trying to get a letter stating that I am still legal owner of the car and the finance company did not pick it up so I can have the police to issue a APB out for a stolen vehicle

I contacted customer 4-7-2022 to let them know the car loan was going to be paid off. Regional Acceptance received payment on 4-13 - ****.

I contacted customer about the overpayment amount on 4-25-2022. I was told a check will be mailed to me for overpayment.

Never received check, no one could help me to understand the reason why, I was just getting the run around.

On 6-1-2022, It took Customer rep G14433, Becky to resolve my issue, researching prior not and consulting with upper management. Hopefully I'll receive my check soon!

I ask if I could be compensated for the delay, the Rep said unfortunately no, but if my account was pass due for payment I would be charge a late fee with interest, but since they owe me I'm not compensated for the delay or lack of customer service not resolving this issue before now.

Attached is a letter from collection showing I discontined the ACH automatic draft payment.

Preferred solution: I would like to be credited the amount of interest charged, if my payment was late or delinquent. I feel this would ba resonable compensation for the delay.

Email sent to me as requested dozens of times.numerus phone calls. Day after day put on hold and sent to a voicemail to leave a message with contact info and no response from the company.
