Talk with someone she transfer me to another line that person hang up without even saying hello call back got a voice answering service telling me to call back at a later time

If you have to finance with them, you know what you are getting involved in. The rates are USURIOUS, and customer service is nonexistent--emails go unanswered (MANY MANY emails) and they only have automated phone service.
They will however BLOW YOUR PHONE UP starting the day you are due to pay, automated of course. Seriously I have a legal issue that I need them to change (remove co-applicant due to divorce) and damn if I have any avenue to do this.
I am slagging them here and I guess my next option is to threaten legal maybe I can get an answer if I scream LAWSUIT in all caps somewhere in the next email. AVOID this *** company and do whatever else you need to do to get into a car.

The car (which was in pristine condition) was stolen from RAC's impound lot, damaged by the thief over the course of possibly one month or more, then recovered by the police department, and returned to RAC. RAC then sold the damaged car at auction and are now claiming my mother owes them $13,050.00
My mother will be pursuing a civil suit against them and joining a class action lawsuit
She bought new 2019 ChevyTrax in 2020, then covid happens, her husband had to retire, so they called the bank and turned the car in July 2021- it had barely 30k miles on it and was in pristine condition. It was to go to auction on 09/21/21 and then they get a letter saying auction will happen the next month. One week later she gets a letter from Sandy's Towing (SEE ATTACHED LETTER) saying her car had been stolen from the auto recovery services lot (and RAC never notified my mom it was stolen even though the car was in her name until last week!), the car was out there being damaged by the thief for what appears to be almost a month or more. We just got the police report showing the car was recovered in Dayton in October.
Apparently RAC sent it off to auction (after being damaged while stolen) and now they claim she owes them over $13, 000! Someone email me, please.

Preferred solution: RAC let the car get stolen, damaged, and basically driven into the ground. They are deceptive and tried to conceal the fact they let her car get stolen and damaged.

Ive been calling for 3 days to make payment arrangements b4 my payments due and left messages in san antonio plano and houston and nobody will answer the phone or respond to voicemails ive left regarding payment arramgementsanswer the phone

I’ve been trying for 40 minutes trying to get to talk to a actual person about my situation.
I went on the automatic system trying to get an extension to pay my car note when I got to putting in the date it kept saying the wrong date so I decided to call. Ive been on the phone for 40 minutes and still have not talked to a customer service representative.

Preferred solution: Extension on my car note, I have invested a lot in the car and I know it’s not your fault that I haven’t been able to keep up the payments. But due to the pandemic illness, hospital, loss of job it is hard and I’m trying to work with what I have.

Starting a class Anton lawsuit against Regional acceptance corporation for predatory lending. I have found a group of people who are victims as well.
I've been paying on a vehicle since 12/10/2012. The car was worth 6k. Finance charge was 10k. Totaling to 16k for the cost of the car.
The interest rate was for 17.95% for 72 months. I've paid 30k on this vehicle and they state i still owe 3k on the vehicle. I reviewed a list of all of my payments and only 12k has gone towards the principal, 15k has gone to interest, and the rest in hidden fees. Regional states that a majority of the payments have gone towards interest due to deferred payments.
One of their employees sent me a screenshot of my account. It states my interest rate is 17.97% which is not on my contract . They won't tell me how. I need to warn other consumers about their practices.
I have also sent this info to the Attorney General for NC and received an email to send further information.
